Houston USA. Therefore Enerflex became MAKON main vendor for design and fabrication of the Sapele AG compressors.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"card  sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse12061\" href=\"\"><i class=\"ea-expand-icon fa fa-plus\"><\/i> Scope<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse \" id=\"collapse12061\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-1206\"><div class=\"ea-body\"> <p>The design input Information includes:<\/p>\n<p>Overall compression capacity: 20mmscfd<\/p>\n<p>There are two stages of compression<br \/>\n- Stage 1 suction\/discharge pressure: 3\/10 barg<br \/>\n- Stage 2 suction\/discharge pressure: 10\/30barg<\/p>\n<p>Stage 2 suction header shall be designed with flexibility to receive combined AG streams from both the Stage 1 discharge header and the Flowstation HP Separator.<\/p>\n<p>The Sapele AG compressor unit package to be supplied will feature but not limited to the following components:<\/p>\n<p>- Engine Driver.<br \/>\n- Skid Mounted Compressor Frame and Cylinders.<br \/>\n- Pulsation Bottles, Vessels, Cooler, Piping, Fittings, Valves.<br \/>\n- PLC based control panel & associated Instrumentation.<br \/>\n- Inlet & Outlet Scrubber for each Compressors stage, excluding an outlet Scrubber on the final discharge.<\/p>\n<p>Other supply scope details:<br \/>\n- Engineering design and selection of compressor package<br \/>\n- Fabrication and construction<br \/>\n- Procurement and delivery (DDP)<br \/>\n- Factory Acceptance Test<br \/>\n- Schedule of manufacturing and delivery (to be provided by vendor)<br \/>\n- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning<br \/>\n- Commissioning spares and 2 years operating spares.<br \/>\n- Classroom and hands-on
